- Do you accept commissioned projects? Yes
- What shipping options do you offer? Cards & Stationery all go first class shipping in UK. I can send priority for an additional fee but please contact me if this is necessary and I will get a quote for you. I can send by courier if agreed by yourself.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes but please use the contact form to receive a quote for the items you require. Shipping has become very complicated for a small business like myself but I’m sure we can sort this out.
- Can you paint my pet from a photograph? Yes I can. All my drawings and paintings are mostly done from photographs that are sent to me via WhatsApp or email. I will let you know if the photograph is of suitable quality before I accept the commission.
- Do you accept visitors at your studio? Yes, please contact me to discuss, I am happy to accommodate.
- Do you use archival materials? Yes all my limited edition prints are on archival paper.
- Are you interested in being contacted by galleries and agents? Yes I would love to chat about those possible opportunities.
- Do you have a return policy? If you are unhappy with your purchase I will accept a return if the product is returned as it was when it was purchased.
- How and when should interested customers contact you? Im happy for you to contact me through my contact page or via email or WhatsApp. Im available between the hours of 9-5pm and after those hours I will get back to you at my earliest opportunity the following day.
